Mental Health First Aid

The effects of a person taking their life go beyond the individual, the aftermath that affects their natural and social support. Suicide does not differentiate, affecting every demographic that includes veterans. Adult Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that teaches how to help adults experiencing mental health or addictions challenge or who are in crisis.

District 19 is hosting this Mental Health First Aid course on March 25, 2022 from 9am – 1pm.
